When can I expect my order?
If everything you order is in stock, you should expect it to ship within 2-3 business days (we don't go to the post office every single day!). Standard shipping is anywhere from 6-10 business days, which does not include weekends. If any item is not in stock, we will email you and let you know the expected ship date.
Can I track my order?
Yes - we do get a tracking # when we ship your order. We don't send the tracking #'s out for every package so if you really want it, please email us and request it! Please note that the information that you see is the same information we have access to.
I used to order from your site but it no longer allows me to put in a US address.
We have partenered with S.A.D. Dog Sushi LLC based out of Texas for all of our US shipments. Orders shipping to the US need to be placed through them. Click here to be taken to their website! Same great products and same great service, you can now expect your packages to arrive to you much more quickly!
I am a US customer. Can I still get the newsletter specials?
No. Please check the S.A.D. Dog Sushi website for current pricing and up to date information on any specials that they are running.
Are your meats free range/organic sourced?
All of our meats are human grade (except the dehydrated green tripe), sourced from local Ontario farmers and government inspected facilities. We do not offer free range/organic products as the final cost for this product would be prohibitive.
What mix is Hogan?
Hogan is a beagle/bulldog mix - we're not sure if mom or dad was the beagle!
What mix is Rudy?
Rudy is a saluki/ibizan cross - her dad was a feathered Saluki and her mom was a smooth Ibizan. Rudy came to us through the wonderful people at the saluki rescue group STOLA.

How should I store my treats when they arrive?
We suggest that all treats be stored in the refrigerator or freezer if they will not be consumed within a short period of time. Items like liver will last on the counter for many months, however, items like tendons or pizzle should be refrigerated to keep them at peak freshness. Freezing the treats is also ok, and then refrigerate when you're ready to use them.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment through PayPal, however, if we have previous transactions with you, we will accept personal cheques (address must be printed on the cheques). Note that the first time you send a cheque, your order will not be shipped until the cheque clears. Subsequent orders paid for via cheque will ship once the cheque arrives. Cheques should me made payable to Pauline Burdett.
